PROJECT CHALLENGE

To create a health & wellness supplements brand which is not just another company, it needs personality, an easy-on-the-eye style, that portrays its knowledge in their products. The brand had to be able to allow customers between 24-34 and beyond a safe experience that would feel natural & welcoming.

Openly is a health & wellness supplement brand targeted at improving people’s general health to create a happier longer life. With partnerships in stores across the UK & Ireland to offer an alternative experience that is more personal and knowledge-led to give users the full picture.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT

We firstly worked closely with Openly to build a clear image of their ideal customer. Having this gave us a clear view of who we are designing to appeal to, and this would then shape our research with the areas to delve into that resonate with the audience. 

 

Taking everything that has been learnt about the target audience & market itself, we then created the overall brand identity to be easy on the eye while standing out amongst competitors, informative in its messaging, & at home across social media platforms. This is all reflected in the packaging, boxes, social media feeds, ad designs, logo design, messaging & more. 

THE OUTCOME

Openly now has a vibrant brand style that connects to its target audience & converts which places them amongst the best in the industry for their target age range. 


Our work has given the ambitious start-up Openly way more than a foot in the door of the health & wellness supplements industry, it’s meant that they have started to take a piece of the pie & connected with an audience they targeted from the outset across multiple platforms. This is shown in their social following, sales, & customer retention.
